Upon entering the restaurant I was verbally attacked by the manager after I read a sign at the host desk saying there was a minimum 30 min wait once you were seated. She continued to rudely talk about me. Luckily the waitress Jordan was a pleasure and was not allowing her manager's attitude to affect her doing her job properly.

Very unsatisfied with our visit tonight. I bring in two kids for a quick dinner. The wait for an omelette and two kids Mac n cheese took 40 minutes. One cook. Poor guy he was all over and I thought to myself wouldn’t be surprised if he walked out. The waitress took our order served our drinks and didn’t stop back to the table once. Even just to say hey just want to give you a heads up. We are a little behind. Anything is better than nothing. It took the manager the whole time to step up and help as someone should’ve jumped in 20 minutes ago rather than all talking. Your greeter apologized about the wait and took two minutes to listen. He deserves 5 stars.

French toast ice cold. When asking them to warm it up both of us noticed a hair in it. They warmed it up pulled hair out and brought it back to me. I should not have had to ask for new food. Should of automatically went in the garbage. Period. They charged me full price told me have good night.

The restaurant was packed full and when I received my food I understood why it was phenomenal.. the hostess and waitress were both phenomenal at their jobs.. they were both very young but both extremely professional and knowledgeable about their jobs.. my only regret is I do not remember either one of their names to give them proper credit.. we were a five top at the last Booth near the kitchens

We ordered pickup and there were a few things wrong with each of our meals. My husband called and spoke with their manager, Hillary, and she gave us free meals for the next night. I went to pick the food up and she made sure everything was correct and personally packed our food up herself. She was super friendly.

The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious as always. My dad even won a stuffed toy from the claw machine!

Was a bit of a wait but the staff was very kind. The young male Host was very kind when we were leaving and offered to give us a few extra bags as I was telling the company I was with that I hope we got a plastic bag to take our leftovers home in because theyre nice for small trash cans. Great service, however the bathrooms need a good cleaning.

The guy who was our server was slightly rude. If we had questions about the menu we were treated like we were dumb for not knowing. He was a little snippy with my mom and grandma because they ordered coffee. I love going here for lunch dates and normally we have a great experience but not this time.
