Food was great, loved that we stopped here to get great açaí bowls. The parking was very limited and I think they weren’t customers parked there as we got our food and left, which took about 10 minutes, and those same cars were still there. Service is what held back the ratings from 5 stars. My wife was looking for answers about what to get and they were really not engaged with her to get her an answer, so she didn’t get anything.
The four is us that got something, really loved what we got and look forward to being nearby to get the açaí bows again.
4.5/5 stars. My açaí captain smoothie was delicious, probably because it was just another way to consume cold sugar.
A great selection of specialty bowls. The portions are also HUGE. Definitely opt for a small unless you plan on skipping dinner. I had the kiwi specialty bowl (forgot the name) and it came with banana, fresh kiwi granola, honey, banana, and dark chocolate. Very tasty.
This place is amazing!! Huge portions and fresh fruit!! What more could you ask for. Ordered the sunrise bowl! Bananas, strawberries, blueberries, honey and açaí…. Sooo delicious. Stop in I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Don’t discount this place because it’s connected to a gas station. This is one of the best places we ate while staying in Laie. The staff is great. We had never experienced an açaí bowl before and they guided us to the Maui sunset which was awesome. We also ordered the da kine which was good as well. We added peanut butter to the Maui sunset on a different visit and that did the trick. It was delicious. If you’re going with somebody and are willing to split spend the extra couple dollars and upgrade to the large. The flavors were awesome and we returned several times to the point where the staff knew us. There are places to sit inside but it’s a very small area. I’d plan on grabbing and going. They also have smoothies for those who aren’t interested in an açaí bowl. I’d highly recommend this place but it’s addicting. Enjoy!
Best and freshest smoothie I had on Oahu. Highly recommend if on the north shore. Cheaper than most places as well.

I always enjoy my Acai bowl in the parking lot at the gas station but walking across the street to the beach to have a view is a great option!
A friend recommended that we stop at Banzai Bowls during our trip to Oahu. I'm glad that we did! The bowls are huge, even if you get a small. I tried the Shark's Cove and Friends of Sunset Beach bowls. I loved all of the fruit, granola, and the honey that was drizzled on top. We also requested an additional cup of granola which was definitely the right decision! Be patient when you get there. Sometimes it takes a while if there is only one person working. The bowls are definitely worth the wait! The prices seemed reasonable for my husband and I, but could be viewed as a little expensive. I wish we had one near us!
Yummiest Acai Bowls! My fav is "Off The Wall" has guava juice and choco chips. A refreshing, decently healthy snack, with views of the ocean close by. It's a must stop. Hope you enjoy!
Best acai bowl in my life!!!!!! We wanted to visit this place daily, but unfortunately this location is only located in the north shore.. They should open up a new location in the Waikiki area!
