Great Peruvian restaurant. Our dinning experience was tops. Our server was very friendly and did his best to provide the best service. If you decide to dine at KB's be very patient. They are extremely under staffed. I so happens Our server was also the cook. It didn't hinder our experience any as it gave us more time to visit with each other. Everyone bat the table was pleasantly pleased with their order. We will be back there again tonight. If I might add. You should order the ceviché as an appetizer. The photo I've included doesn't do the Bístec justice. It was flavorful. CHEERS!! 🍻🥃

Really authentic Peruvian food. The rotisserie chicken was super juicy and the Bistec a lo pobre which is a steak plate and French fries was extraordinary
We had a wonderful time here, Jhony waited on this and was a joy to talk to you very kind. This is the best Peruvian food we have ever outside of Peru!
On this visit we had the ceviche, causa, aji de gallina, parihuela, and the crema volteada for desert. And of course we had to have the classic Peruvian soda to round out our meal, the Inca Kola (tastes close to bubblegum for the uninitiated.)
For those new to Peruvian food it is unique, combining Asian influences with coastal, rainforest, and high elevation Andean ingredients. Some negative comments seem to steam from expecting Mexican flavors, but while Peruvian has some overlap, it is very different. I would go with an open palete if it is your first time, as Peruvian food has amazing fusion flavors authentic to it's country and heritage.
Jhony's is a great representation of some classic dishes you will find in Peru, and are presented in a lovely manner.

This place was awesome! I don't say that lightly either, the ceviche was out of this world and all the dishes we ordered were well worth the wait and then some. There is a simple beer selection as well. I will think about the ceviche off and on for years to come.
This is my Hailey go to, the food is incredible! The Lomo Saltado is what I always get, The staff are super sweet and even if it is super busy, they work their butts off. I love love love it there
one of my favorite restaurant
This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had in Hailey. In fact, I enjoyed it more than my last 3 dinners at the 3 pricier options in town. I am familiar with Peruvian cuisine, my husband is not. We both rated our dinner experience a 10 for stellar service, nice atmosphere, excellent wine choices and perfectly cooked food. We plan to dine here again within the week.
