The new hires definitely need some coaching/training, but the managers are awesome, truly dedicated to the customer experience! After a couple orders in a row got botched, I finally went in to tell the manager just for awareness sake, told her specifically I wasnt there for free food just wanted them to be aware of what customers were dealing with. But Wendy wouldn't let me walk away without a pizza on the house to make up for the nasty wreck I'd been served previously. This location is one of my faves because it's still a legit Pizza King. I lived down in Carmel for a few years and their Pizza King was sooooo far off from what we've grown to love over the years. It's good to be back 😊
