Dunkin'

I am not a huge dunkin fan, but I needed a pick me up. Stopped at this location, went through the drive through and ordered what was on the menu. The girl/lady was extremely rude telling me they no longer carry that. So I asked for something else and she said " really that's what you want" While waiting in line the car behind me apparently tried to order something they didn't have and when they started backing up to leave your could hear the person who sounded like a male, over the speaker tell them to back up and leave. This was the worst service I have ever had. Seriously doubt I will ever go back

I ordered through the uber eats app. I only received half of my order. I am missing 1/2 a dozen donuts which is the main thing I ordered plus my coffee wasn't made the way I had asked for. Now I keep trying to call dunkin to speak to anyone but in the last 40X I've called it keeps saying someone is on the phone plz leave a message!! In this day and age your telling me they don't have call waiting? And why is someone on the phone for over an hour??? Very disappointed I spent my hard earned money on food I did not receive and got a messed up coffee

I give the drive thru 2 stars because it is outrageously slow in the AM. If you go inside it's a bit faster at times especially if the one lady named Lauren is working. To start with She actually yells out order numbers or names so that you know your drink is coming up. Some morning she she is zoming around to get things caught up. She is always super nice even when stressed out with morning rush. I deleted my old review just to give this Lady a shout out for her hard work. There are a couple other members that actually do there job to but I wanted to point out the effort Lauren put forward to get things moving . This dunkin always had a new crew every few months and they should find out why the good people quite. So that this DD can actually get good reviews as a whole. Hopefully management and the owners see this review and fix things up there.
