Always good food & super employees...just don't try to take a truck with trailer through this drive-thru. Person in front of me tried; but had to leave by going over curb & grass because they couldn't make the turn to the pickup window. This Taco Bell was built on a small lot- making it very hard for larger vehicles to maneuver. Especially at peak times.

Very expensive. I had very good service from drive through. I feel that it makes or breaks my experience. I ordered 6 meals and it cost a lot of money. The tacos very skimpy and lacked much but they were tasty and were all eaten. My family enjoyed every one of them. I simply wish they were not as expensive as it is. You pay 10 dollars for a 3 taco meal. Either way... since my kids love them we will keep coming. Thank you for being nice. We went to the dual hwy restaurant.

Not very happy with service from the crew for either when your order is taken they either forget a item or adds extra in your food that you ask to be taken out. There service has gone down hill. Use to be good but now service sucks.

$1 tacos on Sunday! Only had the great pleasure of getting them once even though I've been to this Taco Bell at least 60 times. My favorite one out of the 3 that I know of in Hagerstown. There's a new one on Sharpsburg Pike that I have to try out.

I love Taco Bell's Crunchy Taco Supremes. I pick them up after grocery shopping. It's so nice to have lunch made for me on a busy day.

Food is great... service is ok...but i don't like how they make you wait at the speaker after you have given them your order, so they can get your order ready before you get to the window... it's not the customers responsibility to keep your drive thru times low....

Uhh usually its a cool visit, Its cool if you don’t get anything took off or extra other than that they get CONFUSED , second time but it was corrected, so I cant complain bout that just frustrating how hard is it to look at a screen and read smh

Love taco bell the only negative is they trap you in the drive thru if you don't want to wait 20 minutes to order.
