Food was good. Service was terrible. I was asked to pull up and they'd bring my order out when ready. I sat there for 20 min! and 15 other cars with their food went by. Went inside, they said my order was table service! The manager comped my order with no fuss. Great.

Did not include apple slices or sauce in my child’s meal, and only gave me a milk because the cashier asked if I got a drink with it. Service is usually slow as it is at this location (which I understand), but I at least expect my order to be correctly completed.

There's always items missing. It's disappointing. I also HIGHLY recommend if you're a door dash driver that you get permission from the customer too open your bag at the counter and MAKE SURE EVERYTHING you paid for is in the bag. Because it's convincing this location doesn't care about the customers.

Waited 20 minutes for my order. I had to tell them that I also ordered a large chocolate shake. I ordered from the kiosk. It was only a little after 11am. Put to much priority on the drive thru. Another McDonalds I won't deal with. I've never had a problem with them before until now.

This place is horrible. The newest manager may in fact be a psychopath. He ignores customers when they speak and then refuses to respond to simple requests like "may I please have some ketchup?" I have also witnessed him come out into the drive through lane to argue with customers. Guy seems like a loose cannon and dangerous.

It's a McDonald's. This one was clean with nice staff. We went through the drive through. They were busy. We did wait for our food,However it was hot and fresh.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes no service the lovely manager yelled at us saying we had to use the kiosk because she’s not talking orders at the counter the guy standing there in the picture didn’t bother to let us know I understand what it’s like to be under staff but there’s no reason for that forgot our drinks had to wait another ten minutes for that while our food gets cold other customers were walking out after finding out they had to use the kiosk staff were very unprofessional and rude talking about the customers right in front of others and ourselves

I sometimes stop here on my way to work at night usually around 9:40pm and the drive thru lane is always busy. Maybe 7 out of the last 10 times I've been there the fries are old, chewy, and just warm and the other 3 times i was told to pull forward or to the parking space to wait at least ten minutes for fresh fries. And for at least a week they didn't have Coke because the machine was broken. So now I'm going to head to work a different way to give the one on Garlin Grove by Walmart a chance and see if I can get faster service and hot fresh fries 🍟.
