Cinnabon

I love any Cinnabon but if I had to rate this one I'd give it a 4 star based on the Cinnabon being a good item but they aren't very friendly. Friendliness goes a long way in any business. Would definitely be 5 stars if they were better. Do not get me wrong, they weren't bad people just didn't feel the welcoming that you'd normally get at other 5 stars and that sometimes is what seperates one 5 star from a 4. Enjoy them either way. Amazing cinnamon rolls as per usual. Only reason for a removal of a star. Is we arrived over an hour before close and they were not selling any of the premade packages (4-6 rolls). I understand they were coming up to close. But they were turning away a few customers because nothing was already made. My family ended up getting 3 original cinnebons. Taking 3 of the 4 they had in the warmer. Next person in line wanted more than one and were turned down. I'm not sure how long it takes to make them. But instead of servicing the customers, they were being turned down. Been to this location several times and this is the first time something like this happened.

Online it said they were open at 11:00 am, but when I went into the mall at 11:30 am and walked to their counter, the Cinnabon employee at the counter was not very friendly or helpful and after I stood there for a minute waiting for assistance, I still had to ask for her attention for her just to tell me she can’t help me and that they aren’t open until 12:00 pm. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely trash service. I got there at 540pm on a Sunday. They close at 6pm. I stood at the register for about 5 minutes just for the 3 employees standing talking in the corner to tell me that "sorry we're closed" so I say, no you guys close at 6pm today. With a response saying, "we can't help you" after me specifically driving 22 mins for a cinnamon roll. This service is absolutely unacceptable and Cinnabon lost a customer permanently.

Stood at the register for 10 minutes while the two girls stood on their phones with their gloves on and never changed them. So gross. I waited so long I said screw it and left. Never got my cinnabon. I love this place but today was horrible. Never looked over at the register once. More worried about what was on their phone then serving their guests
