Texas Roadhouse

This franchise is always consistent and probably the best value for steak price and quality. I had the kabob today with mixed vegetables. I did not like the seasoning on the rice at all so I asked for a potatoe substitute. It was like home made fluffy with butter n salt. The steak is always good quality and well cooked. I will return.

The food tonight was very bad. Our appetizer got delayed forever which was the grilled shrimp and when it came out it was just okay which was not worth the extra wait. The salad was the best of the meal along with the bread. My friend got the grilled bbq chicken and ribs combo. Because of all the waiting for the appetizer it all dried out becoming very bland. I got the country friend steak which came out very touch and chewey without a lot of flavor and the cut of meat felt and tasted very low quality. The fries portion was small considering we got a double order of steak fries which came out as one order of fries anywhere else. The only reason this review isnt one star is because of our waiter peter who was amazing. He was extremely friendly, very on top of keeping drinks filled, checked up on us very often and this is all while the restaurant is absolutely packed. The only reason i would consider giving this place a second chance is because of peter as this visit shows me that this place is not that same restaurant from before covid who constantly was a homerun very sad to see this kind of drop in quality.

Horrible experience. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks, they messed my meal up twice and when we asked to speak to the manager, they refused to come talk to us. The place is absolutely filthy. The ceiling fans had dust and dirt falling from the blades, the windows had dead bugs on them. Absolutely the last time we come here. This place has gone downhill. Sad.

Came in thinking there was gonna be a wait, but was seated right away which was nice. Our server, Tina, was beyond awesome! Very personable and friendly. She got my order right and didn't forget anything. I always get "blue Rare" steak which is basically the rarest you can get. It can be hit or miss on whether I get it or not or if the other person in my party gets my blue Rare on their steak. Not this time! Everything was perfect! She even remembered the BBQ sauce for me. The atmosphere was great as always and even enjoyed how the taxidermy was a little on the bad side. Would definitely come to this location again in the future when I come back to Maryland. This is not my first time going to Texas Roadhouse. The food is good the waitress was very nice. I didn't know what veggie I wanted with my steak and she recommended green beans which were delicious. I'm not 100% sure if it is wheelchair accessible because there is a step to get to the boots I'm sure that they can accommodate. It's definitely a kid friendly place.

We had a great experience here for our date night! We were hoping to catch a movie after and were able to because of the very speedy service! Our waitress was very friendly and energetic, our food came out very quickly and was delicious! Great value for what you get for sure! Also, the manager was going around checking on multiple tables to make sure they were happy with their food and experience. Great place to go!

Placed an order at 9:15. Picked it up at pickup time. This is what I see when I get home. I ordered ribs with extra sauce. These ribs are dried out, look old, and hardly have any sauce. The tenders were pathetic looking. I also ordered bbq and honey mustard. I only got one sauce. I paid for a loaded baked potato and got no toppings on my potato at all. They didn't even provide a cup of butter for it! And the blooming onion was barely edible and was missing the sauce. It was also cold and soggy and somehow overcooked at the same time. And by the time I get home they're closed. I am beyond upset.
