This is my first time eating here! The girl was very nice at the register but she failed to tell me when I ordered the “large drink” she gave me the “hero” cup which costs extra, she could have told me that! I didn’t know until my total ended up being $14 for a drink, small pulled pork sandwich, and a small side of Mac and cheese. But when I sat down I saw the 6 different types of sauce you can put on your sandwich! I tried 4 out of the 6 and they were all good! The Mac and cheese was very good was well! I love how this place is a huge supporter of military and law enforcement.

Love this place! Great food and caring staff! Shout out to Amy, one of their staff, who made us feel so loved and appreciated! My coworker and I (both nurses) stopped on our way home. I like that they let you put your own barbecue sauce on your food. Everything was delicious and came out very quickly.

This is the first place I’ve seen in quite a while that honors our servicemen and first responders. The bbq was great and the banana pudding was the best I’ve ever had!! Everything is made fresh right there. They even had real homemade tea! I will frequent this place 👍🏼

My friend is in the guard and had come to Hagerstown from Tennessee. We visited during armed forces week. The server was kind and knowledgeable with explaining everything to him. Because he was in the military, he received a complimentary sandwich and as a special thank you for serving and for visiting from so far away, they brought out peach cobbler with a note on the tray that said thank you for your service. The cobbler was to die for (just the right amount of cinnamon to make the peaches warm instead of tart) and Mikey was thoroughly touched by the sentiment. I especially appreciate the mission and meaning behind your restaurant in addition to the always amazing food. Always 5 stars!

Very good food but definitely pricey. We love the cornbread and the brisket!!! Nice place to eat at when you're shopping at the Valley Mall. Fast service but very noisy inside. We eat at the area on the inside of the mall rather than inside the actual restaurant. Otherwise it's sensory overload.

Mission BBQ in Hagerstown Md. is top notch. Food is consistently good, which is difficult to achieve with BBQ considering the large amount of food being served over long days to so many people. Jamie, asst. manager is amazing. She is welcoming, attentive and always helpful. Entire staff seems to really care about the “Mission” behind the restaurant, to help and support “Servicemen/woman.
