Dairy Queen

As a parent of a child with a food allergy, finding places that will accommodate your needs is difficult, but the staff at this DQ went above and beyond. They helped me find the ingredients to every single item in and on the ice cream cake we ordered and made it in an area to minimize all cross contamination chances. Their good communication made me feel comfortable about being able to safely order from them. And, they even had fun decorating it to the theme. Thank you all!

I came on a busy night, all the staff was busy and smiling. We waited awhile for our turn at the counter inside, drive thru line was wrapping around the building. We were greeted by a handsome young man, he helped get our order quickly, efficiently and best of all...a beautiful smile! Great customer service. Pleasure to see happy staff and best of all to see a smile 😃 btw. Ice cream was delicious!

This DQ is literally not ok. They continually mess up very simple, straightforward orders especially when it comes to toppings. Twice now, I’ve asked for peanut butter topping and received chocolate sauce.The short brunette chick at the drive thru window had the audacity to tell me it was because of how I ordered. No pretty sure it’s how you heard it but I’m sorry you can’t own your own mistake. For years every other DQ employee has been able to compute my apparently very complicated ice cream order. I’ll never be back.

Terrible experience tonight. Went in when there was no line inside.Waited 21 minutes for my food. My wife said about 7-10 cars went through the drive thru in that time. The people inside served them first. Once the food finally came out cashier just handed me the food. I said what about my ice cream? They replied "oh yeah, what did you get?" No apology for waiting that long at a place that is supposed to be fast food. Got home and 3 of the 6 chicken tenders were tiny. Burger and fries were cold. Burger was supposed to be a double and I wouldn't call this even a small fries. Almost nothing in there. Got the $6 meal which was supposed to include a drink. We upgraded to a small blizzard for $1. Cashier told me I wasn't supposed to get a drink since I upgraded but it says different online. We love dairy Queen and have eaten at many different grill and chills. We are super disappointed with this location, which happens to be the closet to us.
