Talked to the on duty supervisor, Sonia, who couldn’t help me resolve an online transaction dispute plus her English language was subpar. I proceeded to order a quesadilla without chipotle and a vegan burrito without strips and tomatoe. They messed my order and sitting at home hungry. Waste of trip . Customer Service is subpar here.

Usually like the staff at this Taco Bell, as they've been very polite in the past even when lines are long. Pulled up to the drive thru today and the person taking my order insisted on holding the mic right up to their mouth so that the volume was incredibly loud and distorted, and spoke in what they must have felt was a very funny falsetto voice. To me, it felt like I was being mocked or like someone was doing a bit and having fun at my expense. They showed no sign of dropping the bit, so I said no thank you and put the car in reverse. I'll eat elsewhere tonight, where someone will have the maturity to treat me with the same respect that I show them.

Very rude staff recently. People are getting too comfortable with that 15 an hour and have an attitude for not understanding the customer. I used to love coming here but because of that last experience I'm not recommending. There Is a very good taco bell in Washington nj.

Just here ~6pm June 26th 2022. Waited for 20 minutes after ordering from kiosk. No orders were being processed for dine in customers for some reason. At some point some employee locked both doors of the restaurant to avoid more people entering. People were trying to leave but the doors apparently took a bit of persuasion to get unlocked. Absolutely awful experience. One person yelled enough to get their money refunded, but then the employee that was able to do that basically ran back away from the front. 0/10 have no plans on returning. I have better things to do than spend all night at a taco bell with the worst service, we'll see how corporate handles my refund. No manager must have been on-site as no one who worked there would get one for me.

Food was as expected from Taco Bell. The workers were polite and professional. I, personally, have an issue with having to place an order via the kiosk with no human interaction. But overall a good experience.

Ordered 7 crunchy tacos. The worst tacos I ever had. Ice cold, shells were so soggy and wet that you couldn't pick them up. TSted like they were a week old with a clump of cheese stuck to she'll and wrapper. The Baja blast was the warmest item we ordered and that had ice. Won't go there again.

This place needs help and seems to always be struggling. Whether it's a long line, poor staff or no staff. I recommend every other taco bell than this one in Hackettstown. Been going here for about 2 years unfortunately and nothing is better 🥴 I actually avoid coming here because it's always a half hour for your food to be ready

What happened to the family party pack of 12 tacos? It was $15, now its $21? I believe its cheaper to order 12 individual tacos. I generally like Taco Bell, but I don't like deceptive marketing.
