Quick service, but unfortunately, none of our food tasted good. We ordered Buffalo wings and they came out fried, with no sauce on them, and a couple of packets of hot sauce (what?!) We order the grandpas pizza and the mozzarella had no flavor and the sauce was way too sweet. The crust was also too chewy. Lastly, we ordered "Frank's Salad" and the mozzarella again had no flavor, nor did anything else on the salad. And the house dressing smelled terrible (normally I like balsamic vinegar, but whatever they mixed with was not good). I'm sorry to have to write a negative review, but this will not be our go to pizza place.

My family and I prefer lightly baked pizza especially for the little kids. We placed our order with Franks in Mansfield specifically requesting lightly baked explaining children would be eating it and needed it to be soft enough. My sister drove 20 minutes each way to pick up the pizza and brought it over with her as a favor. All the kids were waiting to eat and it was just to find the pizza was burnt on the bottom. Completely annoyed and disappointed, I called and requested to speak with the manager, Leo apologized and told me that he would credit us for the full amount and to just let his staff know when I came back. I asked him if he needed to write down my information but he said no and that he would remember. Today we placed an order, when my husband went to pay with the credit, (the original receipt with my notes) he was told by Leo who promised me a full refund on the burnt pizza, that he would only credit us $15. Not only did he not keep his word, the Panini‘s we ordered were very salty and tasteless, Penne vodka tasted like a basic pink sauce, nothing special about it and a side salad already had some sort of salad dressing on one piece of lettuce which only tells me it could’ve been a leftover!!!. Never again. Two strikes and your out…

Amazing pizza. Friendly staff. Clean. Stopped to have lunch with a friend on our way home to VA. They weren't open for dining in but since it was empty and it was chilly outside, they let us sit at a table after ordering our food. So many varieties of pizza it was hard to choose.

I've been going here with my family for over 10+ years. I still love it! You can sit down and eat, or grab a slice for the go. This place doesn't deliver, however, the atmosphere is clean and calm. It is busy during the weekends, but the wait is definitely worth it! With so many different dishes to choose from, I still have yet to try them all!

Meatball sandwich was horrible. Who ever heard of TOUGH meatballs, texture bad as well. I asked b4 ordering if it was all beef they said yes---- I doubt it; got stomach cramps. Thats my last time.

Been going to franks pizza since I was young. I have always described it to everyone as the best pizza place ever anywhere. Recently while home visiting family we got pizza two times in the 2 weeks I was home. Not only has the recipe changed but the large pizzas are obviously smaller and in smaller boxes. This was confirmed when I put the pizza box over the glass counter. The pizzas they have on display were obviously bigger than what you actually get. I feel cheated especially when a "large" pepperoni is still 17.50. Pizza is still delicious but not as good as its been so it still gets 3 stars. We however as lifelong customers will be taking our business elsewhere.
