Railhead Bbq

Oh my, my experience with take out was well, BAD. i phoned a takeout order @ 8:30pm i asked if this was too late young lady stated, "no". $40.00 for 2 dinners and 2 sides. Ribs are greasy & burnt. Pulled pork, we collected 1/4 cup of water and grease from handful of meat. Sliced brisket, cold and congealed grease right out of the fridge. Fried mushrooms, obviously cooked in old not hot enough oil "unedible". It was just disgraceful and infuriating. Never again Railhead 😒

Went there for lunch with my family. It took an hour to get our food. My daughter got a hamburger and as soon as she got it she pulled a 6 inch hair out of it. We sent it back and about fifteen min later they brought her a new burger. We were the only ones in the restaurant. My daughter proceeds to eat her hamburger. Well since it took 15 min to bring her a new one I didnt figure i needed to see if it was cooked. Well she ate half of it and set it down. Me and her mom look at it and more than half of it is still pink. We told the manager and she said I wont put it on ur bill. Wow thats amazing ur not gonna charge me for two messups on ur part. My daughter was sick the next 5 days from the incident. Thanks railhead for the great experience.

Don't waste your time...or money. No masks, gloves or anything on customers or employees. Anyone can microwave some meat which is all this looks and smells like. No smoker nearby, not even liquid smoke on the counter...NOT BBQ unless you don't know what BBQ is....I threw it in the trash....just one look when I got home said no....not smoked...just microwaved. $17.00 for this.....store-bought potato salad, pork & beans, and microwaved meat.
