We always have a fantastic time at Samurai sushi in Gulfport, Mississippi. They are the best in town. We always over ordering food there because we wanted to try everything. Specialty rolls are great, grilled octopus is yummy and believe me when I say it good it’s really good. The place is very small and nothing has changed for 16 years, but why change it if it’s not broken,right? Even we went there for lunch we would stay for 2 hours and having a great time. But they don’t do the Poke well there. If you want a great Poke , you have to go to the Samurai In DIberville, Mississippi. Thank you Samurai 🥰Gulfport, Mississippi!!!
The sushi is huge! Teriyaki steak is so tender and falls apart in your mouth. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be eating here alot more!
The food was amazing and service with a smile. The sushi was great along with the seafood soba. Be patient cause it reminded me of dining when I visited Japan. Once you get your food servers won't bother unless beckoned cause it is consider rude. I would recommend eating here to anyone.
The waitress was amazing and came in a timely manner offering information on anything I asked. The food yet new was well prepared and very good and the over all look and atmosphere was outstanding! Great place for a date!
Food was phenomenal. The menu is huge, they have a variety of rolls and platters to offer. The fish in the sushi was fresh and didn't taste like it was sitting in the refrigerator all week. We got seated fast and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend if you want sushi.
I visited another one of their locations years ago saying I would return. About 4 years later I did and it was wonderful. The rolls are huge and allow customization as wild as your heart can imagine. You won't need appetizers here, and if you do you'll need a to-go box.
It was a little bit of a wait, but we picked this up and were so pleasantly amazed with this food!
The sushi rolls were beautiful, fresh, and yummy with great sauces. The teriyaki chicken, rice, and dumplings were perfect for the kiddos. The chicken was super moist!
Everyone loved the egg drop soup. We should've got more for the kiddos!
I can't remember what the Noodle dish was. We asked for it to be spicy and it was spot on! It was my favorite and it was the first dish gone.
The fried rice was okay. Our batch was a little dry and bland. We added some of our own teriyaki sauce and it was perfect in the end. I would recommend asking for some teriyaki sauce in case your rice is a little dry, because it ended up being good!
We are excited to go back!
