I live in Texas where the seafood is awful. So Ben's Deli is my go to spot when i am in town. Yes, the employees can be rude, but I come there for the good food and fast service. I could care less about the employees attitude because you are usually in and out very quickly.
Always great food at fabulous price. My family's favorites range from the huge shrimp plate (enough for three people) to the low mein and steak & cheese poboy. Quick service.
this is the first time we ate here... got the fish/shrimp platter, two of us ate on it, lots of food.3 pieces of fish and lots of shrimp too many fries, they should offer ketchup with the dinners or shrimp sauce instead of just tartar sauce.. filled us both up for just $15 not a bad deal and pretty good food. they don't take debit, so bring cash.

Best food best prices!!!!!. Love Love Love this place have had just about everything on the menu and it is all great. Favorites are the combination lo mein and combination rice. The best is the seafood platter. No where else puts so much food on your plate you need a rubberband to close it. Awesome! !

My husband and I eat there every few months. Hands-down the best fried rice you'll ever put in your mouth! My husband eats his in 2 sittings, it takes me 4. Definitely worth every penny! :)
Best place. If you are hungry, this is the place to go. The meal is huge, 2 people can eat off of one meal. The food is excellent. This is my favorite lunch place to go.
The only draw back is cash only.
One of the BEST cheap eats!. You really can't go wrong ordering at Ben's Deli, but bring cash and order before you get there since it's really just take out. The fried seafood plates are amazingly good and the portions are extremely large. They have great poboys too, but there combination fried rice is my favorite... Chicken, pork and LOTS of shrimp!
I love this place everything on the menu is excellent prices are great food is always hot and if you order a specialty item they always get it right.
I got the shrimp Poboy and it was awesome plenty of shrimp and they even gave me a cocktail sauce when I asked for it. There is a $.50 charge.
Be sure to bring cash though because they do not accept debit cards so keep that in mind!

My first time there, I can only review the shrimp fried rice. The shrimp were small, but there was a decent amount of them. It tasted excellent and a good portion for the price.
Place is cash only, and I recommend you call ahead to place your order unless you want to hang out at their benches or your car for 5-20 minutes. Steady business at 3 pm.
Amazing seafood platter, great price, and the most authentic lemonade ever! I can eat off this 4x, yummy!
You can never go wrong at this little hole in the wall seafood restaurant. The prices are more than reasonable for the amount of food you are served. Great food, even better, great prices. Be prepared to wait.

Ben's Deli, by far has the BEST SHRIMP POYBOY'S ON THE COAST. I've been coming here for over a decade, never had a bad meal. The shrimp overflows the sandwich. Excellent prices, QUICK service. I'll be back....
