Ordered food this evening (inside) at this Taco Bell. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. I asked if they had brewed iced tea and I assumed they might not, because it was late. The man at the counter checked the container in the lobby and said he wanted to check the quality. He poured some in a cup to check to make sure it was up to consumer standards. He then showed me the color and consistency and I told him looks good to me. I was impressed by his follow through and communication. It’s rare nowadays.

I had a pleasant little meal with my 10 year old son after about half of a several hour bike ride, where we stopped by several local parks and churches to play & pray... In our own kinda' way!
This Taco Bell was a welcome retreat from the passionate pedalling and even rolling 30' down a steep grassy hill in a gated grassy park area of Grover Beach, California.
The service was minimal since Taco Bell is following in McDonalds' footsteps by having order taking robot machines take over the initial phase of the fast food experience in the post Y2K modern & more isolated world.

Taco Bell! You guys rock here. I pulled in to grab a taco after having a horrible time at Bill’s Place in old town AG. There’s a car backing out the drive thru. I wait until he’s out, then I pull in. I placed my order and I go up to the window to pay. Guy at the window has two sodas ready. Apparently the car that pulled out ordered some food and then took off. I overheard employee say, Oh what a waste. I naturally mentioned that I would take a soda if you’re gonna throw it away. I got a free soda! Good customer service, Taco Bell!

Burritos( combination),were ok,not fresh like they were in the wrapper for a while. Server's not really friendly, inpatient as we are NOT firmiliar with the menu! Sad!!⁹

They've always generally had very good quality and tasty food. And I've noted that they're trying to keep contemporary continuing to add new items. Their old time items are also still some of their best in my opinion.
