Used to really love it. We love the sesame bagels and cinnamon for the kids. The last few times I feel like they have been really stingy with the cream cheese. I may just buy the bagels and take it home to toast and do cream cheese on my own. I also don’t like that the cream cheese is whipped.

Worst service ever! I went in today and ordered at the cashier desk but the employee very rudely told me to go order at the food station next to her. I then went to the station and ordered a bagel with no tomatoes but when I came to eat it, I found out they put tomatoes in my bagel. When I went to pay, the cashier made me repeat my order again to ring me up. The whole backwards and forwards situation was so unnecessary, especially with unprofessional staff. Never going back again. Don’t recommend.

My husband was treated VERY rudely this morning (April 22, 2022) by a female MANAGER who got our order wrong! I gave my husband a specific WRITTEN order which noted a Garden Avocado Egg sandwich and we erroneously received a Chorizo Sunrise. We drove back up to get it corrected and the female manager argued that my husband asked for a Chorizo Sunrise instead of correcting her mistake. Then my husband asked to speak to a manager for a refund and she got an attitude with him saying, " Well, I am a manager so..." the other male manager on staff came into the picture and directed her to give him the refund and he fixed our sandwich for us instead of her. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, & DISRESPECTFUL!!!

Five star for two reasons. !
1. The owner or manager was covering the bill for a police officer and a EMS Tech. Just while I was there, for 10 mins. That’s awesome
2. Texas Brisket Sandwich with the Aioli is radonkulis.

I ordered a medium coffee with chocolate syrup and a lox bagel. Delicious!! They have a huge selection of food not just bagels. Will definitely be back, customer service was great.

Overall a good experience, and I usually love coming to this place. The Bagel Lox had less lox than I expected and it is placed awkwardly on the bagel. The flavor was great though, and everything we ordered was included, except they did not give us napkins.

Great location with a friendly staff and parking always available. The app is actually very much worth it, at least for the free coffee if not the free food.
