I am so glad I stopped in to eat here!! Small town dinner place connected to the sale barn. The inside is super eclectic and western, the food was AMAZING. Me and my boyfriend needed it after a very long drive from Memphis to San Antonio. I ordered the sirloin steak with a loaded baked potato and salad bar. The salad bar looks small but has TONS of toppings. The steak was cooked perfectly! My boyfriend ordered the catfish,Mac and chez, and salad. He liked the catfish and the Mac was great too. Friendly staff, great food, we will definitely stop in again on our way through!

Discovered this great spot while heading through town for the 1st time. Was a great experience. The service was excellent the waiters were so cheerful, nice and made sure we were taken care of. Best steak I've had in a long time and the man loved his catfish. Kid got chicken fried steak and the macaroni and cheese was so good and the best sweet tea. Will definitely come back next time we make it back this way.

The Flatiron 8oz sirloin was flavorful, although not cooked right. It came out medium rare, I told the waitress I wanted a thin line if pink but not dry. She suggested medium. This wasn't that, but still enjoyable, cause it's good beef. Onion rings are fantastic, and pretty nice salad bar. My cousin had the chicken fried steak and couldn't finish it, said it was great, as was the gravy. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Down home atmosphere. You won't be sorry you went. Portions decent sized, and decent value for the money. It's on the Texas bucket list and should be on yours!
