So upset. Tried to door dash 4 times with this place. Every single time it has been a no go. I called and got a very rude woman that didn't care to help fix the problem. If you don't want to make food. Take yourself off door dash. They wasted my time and the Dasher's money. Shame on you. Our dasher was told they gave our food to someone else. But like he said tonight he's been doing dashing for a while and he believes they were just being lazy. We're more than upset. Taco Bell needs to get their people together

If I could leave zero stars I would. Every time i go to this location and pull up to drive thru they make u wait over 6 minutes but going across the speaker to say they are closed. I went today at 6:00 pm and they said they are closed. This is the third time this month. I know everyone is short handed and it’s hard to find good help but the owner of this location needs to know that they are not wanting to work to fill orders. While I was there I had several cars in line in front of me and two behind me. That was a total of 5 customers that were turned away!!!

I had placed an online order and it was kind of large but when you gotta feed 9 people quickly why not some tacos. I kept it simple with 3 of the boxes and when i got up there they said that the online screen was down but i could tell by the way they brushed me off even with the order on my phone they didnt want to make it. Terrible service.

Stopped by tonight and dining room was closed. We had already started a mobile order so went through the drive thru. We pulled up and to the drive thru the person said “mobile order or door dash?” They were not taking orders at all! We had to sit and wait on our food for 15 mins and we saw many cars pull away from the drive thru. As we were waiting on our food there were 3 to 4 people standing around talking and drinking drinks while 1 or 2 (I truly believe only 1) people were making orders. There is no excuse for this! See the picture of 3 people standing around talking while we waited 15 MINS for our food. Nakia that made our food and brought it to us was so kind and apologetic for the wait. She seemed to be the only one working while everyone else stood around and talked. This is very bad for business!
