Reviews of Subway

I normally really like this subway because it's close to my husband's work and our home. They are usually really good and fast and make no mistakes. Since the Covid is here I have been ordering though the app because it's easier. Every time I have ordered they have gotten my order completely wrong....I ask for toasted and even make sure the button is pushed in the app. (Also it says toasted on the receipt) so normally it wouldn't be a big deal EXCEPT this time when I picked up my order of 3 sandwiches not a single one was toasted (but I expected it) the sandwiches were not what I ordered despite having the receipt with my name on it AND ALL INGREDIENTS LISTED. My kids sandwich was probably the closest to right, maybe because it was the simplest? Simple Ham and cheese with lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. If had no cheese and olives on it. Mine and my husband's was both wrong as well. Missing half the ingredients or having them jumbled between the two sandwiches. I've very disappointed in the way this subway is doing. Also wouldn't answer my call when I call to let them know.

I’d like to speak with the franchise holder of this store, #39671. This store habitually closes prior to marked hours of operation and has frequently even been closed fully during “open” hours. This store will have people behind the counter but the doors locked during store hours. The employees working this store fail to answer phone calls from potential customers. People go out of their way to get denied access to a restaurant that claims to be open for business. I’ve reached out to CT and will be following up Monday.

The last time I was there I could not order because I didn't have my phone 📱 also two other people tried to order same problem. This is ridiculous they had two employees in there doing nothing. I had my mask and both injections other stores are open what the problems. You are soon going to be out of business
