I just ordered online and they accidentally forgot the chicken and fixings for my salad... The manager was AMAZING, he sent a delivery driver with the correct order... Picked up food for my family, drove 30 mins just to find my order was incomplete. Call chick fil a due items on my order were missing. Store Manager Cassandra Alvarez was too busy to take my call as per team member was advised to stated. “A replacement of the missing item can be issued another day”.

So so.. idk because they make the orders way to fast, chicken is too dry and sometimes just not appetizing as they use too. Ordered their nuggets and were badly dried. Not juicy as they use to be including the #1 deluxe was dry. Just too sad.
We arrived almost at closing time and the staff still seemed pleased to serve us. On top of that the food was as good as I have ever had from Chick-fil-A. It was a very gratifying experience after having spent so long waiting to cross back into the U.S.
