Starbucks

These past few visits, an employee has told me I didn’t order something and tried giving me only one of my ordered items (i order on the app and pay on the app). I’ve started taking pictures of my confirmation and payment on the app to prove that I even ordered my items. This visit they got my order wrong and thats after the employee told me I didn’t order an item (picture proof comes in handy).

Fast svc (My review from 4 yrs ago)... I just removed one star as the service has been slowing down and my orders have been getting made incorrectly or not even giving me all of my order? Usually other Starbucks reward you with a free drink however this one does not? So I've docked them a star due to their lack of making my drinks correctly over the past 6 mos. Also I even had one barista let me know that she has a lot going on. Perhaps they need to ensure the appropriate barista is at the window or have two people their? Just sayin!? And even check out the box outside that takes orders to make sure it works correctly?

5+++ stars The BEST Starbucks I've EVER been to in my life. They ALWAYS without fail welcome you in with a smile, a greeting, by name, etc. If they make a minor mistake they go above and beyond to remedy. These workers became like friends to me.. I didn't appreciate just how great this location was until I had a job change and now use the Oroville one... Don't even get me started LoL. Anyways, stop by this store, you WONT regret it.
