Arby's

I usually like food from Arbys but this just wasn’t great food or service. I waited for about 20 minutes in line. The fries were small and there was no potato to it(just crusty from whatever coats them when fried). The fries were like the bottom scraps of the batch. The sprite I ordered was all corbonated water. I think they forgot to add the flavor. Not very good!

I wish I had taken a picture of the absolute carnage aftermath of the buffalo chicken sandwich I ordered here. Of course it’s not a GREAT drive thru road trip meal, but when it’s been dunked 1000 times into buffalo and ranch sauce it’s a TERRIBLE road trip meal. I suffered through the saucy mess because I was dang hungry and it still tasted good, but in the process I knew it meant sacrificing my hand, my shirt, the seat belt buckle, etc etc. Eventually I tried sticking my hand out the window to see if the wind on the interstate could blow dry it clean- it did not work. I stopped at a rest area to use the bathroom sink. Maybe a little less sauce next time, ok? ;)

Used the drive thru. Ordered 6 sandwiches and a couple of sides. $40. When we get to our destination, we have no sauce, no condiments at al! Not even for the jalapeño poppers. No napkins and my French dip wasn’t cut in half. It’s no different than anywhere else. No one cares about quality of service. We all just need to learn to stay home! Very disappointing!!

I typically really like Arby's, but on this visit, I was very disappointed. Granted they were quite busy, but that's part of the job, (I've worked fast food). They screwed up our order WAY BAD! I was in the drive thru, so I just did the quick check, yep, 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and drove off. Got home, wrong size fries, one sandwich was roast beef when it should have been FISH! Just dealt with it, but I'll never pull away from the drive thru again without completely dissecting my order.

Had a bad experience when we ordered a crispy fish sandwich and we ordered the spicy fish sandwich when they touch the spicy fish sandwich then they touched the crispy fish sandwich wow that was spicy for the plain crispy sandwich..they should really watch what they are touching before the kids eat that again..the plain fish was spicy 🥵...and all the fish sandwiches was cooked ahead and they weren't crispy.. someone needs to teach them how to cook and don't cross contaminate the gloves if they wear them.....spicy and not spicy fish ....disappointed
