They need a better system in place for smotthie orders. Sitting them on the counter where they all get wet isn't working. We waited probably 20-30 mins for our smoothies and I eventually had to ask about our order because people who ordered after us started getting their smoothies before we got ours. When I told them my order they didn't even have it they had to go look our order up in the computer system to find it. Then the fiji island smoothies wasn't made correctly it tasted like Banana and kiwi which it wasn't supposed to have banana in it. My last mango smoothie only tasted like banana nothing else. The only smothie that tasted right was the captain kid.

Building smells and is very crowded. Smoothie was not topped off lots left in the blender. There were WAY TOO MANY SEEDS they get stuck and my teeth and won’t come out. Tastes fine not the best, but the service was good.

Aweful experience. Made both of us VERY sick! Would not recommend to anyone!! It was crowded, and there were flys everywhere. We should have known that the food would be unsanitary. Also way too much ice to be called a smoothie.

I really enjoy their smoothies! I think you get good quality for what you pay for and they are less calories then other smoothie places. 10/10 recommend.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give no star, they forgot my smoothie and served pretzels to 8 people in the line until I had to ask for my money back. If this was my buisness I would be upset about my 1 star rating and make it right with the customers

The kids here must really hate their job. On a Monday not even at a peak time and the service sucks! I get it...you are teens full of misery and angst - but seriously...pretend to be happy about being employed for 2 seconds!
