This particular store location was prompted in giving me service,the young man at window was very friendly &polite. The order was correct. Overall,the service was very good.

10 minutes wait in the Drive-Thru great service our food was hot and delicious and incredible the mozzarella sticks were fresh and warm the fries were fresh and warm and I'm pretty sure our sandwiches were freshly made too we had them special ordered and there was no mistakes great job rallies

If I could give this place a negative review I would. The workers are less than hospitable. They gave my husband and I slow service, burnt fries, and sloppy burgers. They were out of everything but the rally burger, chili dogs, fries, and mother crunchers. We originally stopped in for a big buford but they were out of those too. This is the worst Rally's across the country. The food was nasty and the workers had nasty attitudes. I would not refer this place to anyone and we won't be back.
