said pizza would be ready by 630. got here at 625 and it is now 645. still charged my card. WOULD LOVE A REFUND SINCE I GOT NO SERVICE AND NO PIZZA. no one came to the drive through. tried going through the front. no one came there either. never coming here again.

A little back story....our 7 year old son got diagnosed with Celiac Disease almost 2 weeks ago. He gets free mini pizza coupons from school each month for reading. I had done some research and found that many pizza huts had gluten free options. So tonight, 3-9-19, we went to this Pizza Hut to use his coupon. Now. In hindsight, I should have called to double check, but I didn't. This whole gluten free thing is still super new and I just assumed they were one of the Pizza Huts that had gluten free pizza options. They do not. And my son was devastated. I felt horrible. But the guy who waited on us was so patient and so kind. They were very busy with carry out orders but he was so attentive and really made us feel better about the whole situation I had put us in. We found a gluten free option that was not pizza, he brought it out earlier than the rest of our food and told our son it was made with love, which made my son smile and feel not as bad about the whole situation. This guy was so nice, so caring. It really made our experience there one to remember. I honestly can't say enough good things about this Pizza Hut location.

Ordered $60 worth of food, waited 1 hour AND 20 minutes for them to tell me they were out of PIZZA DOUGH and pasta! They didn’t even know how to refund me my money or give me a receipt. Management needs to do better.

I ordered delivery over the weekend through my Pizza Hut account. I didn’t realize the address didn’t change to my home address and accidentally had the items delivered to my work address. When I called to let them know, they were so kind and understanding and actually still brought me my order 25 minutes away in Elkhorn. Thank you for the great service and to my driver who made the trip!

0 Stars. Order is always wrong or takes 2-3 times longer than it should. I went for the lunch buffet and there was no pizza out, even after waiting 20 minutes. They should close down for awhile, regroup and just start over with better trained staff.

Usually a good visit, but Dec. 28, 2019, was a different (bad ) experience. First, the building had no customers. Less than thrilled man seated me and took my drink order. Came back with a Sierra Mist with no ice because according to the female manager the machine was broken. Could have told y me this beforehand. Took forever for my order to arrive (45 minutes). I'll go back to ordering online from 168th and Q. much better and quick .

We use this pizza hut often because it's the only pizza place in Gretna. This is probably one of the most poorly managed restaurants I have been to. More than half the time our order is wrong or missing an item. I usually am standing around waiting for my carryout order beyond when it was supposed to be complete. The employees are helpful but they are usually young high school students. I almost never see an actual adult around.
