Great food, reasonably priced, & genuinely helpful & pleasant employees. I normally get the Spicy Chicken Sandwich & Large Waffle Fires but have tired many different items there. This one is in the Food Court in Oakwood Mall so sometimes the eating area is cluttered because it is a shared eating area. I hope that you enjoy this Chick-fil-A as much as I do!

Placed a simple curbside order. Pregnant and chose Chik-fil-a for their accuracy and quality thinking I could avoid disappointment. The young lady who brought my order was super sweet. However, there was no sauce in the bag, my Arnold Palmer was only sweet tea, and the kale salad only came with almonds, no cranberries. I ordered curbside for a reason, it was just unfortunate for my food to not even be enjoyable because there eas a lack in attention to detail. I know Chik-fil-a to be better.

This has to be the worse Chick-fil-A in the greater New Orleans area. Our nuggets had a burned taste and the waffle fries were cold and soggy. We could not finish our meals and we were too far to return the meals. It reminded me of a late night gas station food stop.

This is literally the best chick fil a on westbank ! They always give me extra anything I ask for even egg in my salad ! They make the mac and cheese the best!

The staff very polite, attentive, smiling and awesome greetings. The store very clean. While sitting the employees asking if you need anything. I love it.....
