We just purchased a home in this area this last October 2020 and I usually do not leave reviews but I must say the people that work at this 7/11 are the best I have interacted with in a convenient store Walmart could learn from these folks. I go to this store several different times throughout the day and evening hours for gas and other products and it does not matter what time or shift I’ve always been treated like I was respected . I travel the country and have been through hundreds of different 7/11 and out of all the states this location is the best I actually go there just to get a coffee etc to say hi and of course on numerous occasions I give a tip not because I have to but because they have earned it. Thanks 7/11 at least this location for always making me feel like management :-)

If i can leave zero stars i would my fiance just started a new job in greshem/troutdale an i do doordash we stopped here to get $20 bucks for gas an he charged my card an extra 8 dollars an refused to give me back my change none of them can really speak English it was ridiculous i will never go there again i hope maybe they can get new workers that can actually do their job right

Used to be pretty reliable but this last time their chip reader was broken and dude was not helpful. I get that the neighborhood is sketch but there's better 711s just mere blocks away.

It's a fast quick stop for some thing to eat or drink. The staff is not talkative but they are Cordial and get the job done. The place is clean.

For the second time in a row, different locations they cannot or will not honor their “happy hour” price for bakery items. Their advertisement clearly states $1 between 2-8pm (till 5/19).
First time time told me the promo expired and they “forgot” to pull it. This last time they tell me it’s only on thursdays.
Both excuses are a flat out lie. I get mistakes. I do not appreciate lying and false advertisement.

Always fully stocked, sometimes a mess but things are getting cleaner. Employees are straight to the point, get in, get out; I appreciate this. This is a fine convenient store. Also, the new girl is cute.

Went downhill since new owners. Cashier wont give you the time of day in the am hours. Sitting on a phone talking another language for 3 plus customers. A knife sitting on the counter where you put your groceries and pay. Boxes i the aisles all the time. Unfriendly staff, go to the shell across the street. This 7-11 is terrible!
