I like Arby's. The food was good but the service was not so. Everyone was pleasant enough. But I told the worker three times I wanted crinkle fries but got curly fries. They charged me for curly fries so I didn't want to try to get a 30¢ refund so I just ate them. While I was there, the drive thru line was long the whole time (I ate inside). One guy came back inside saying he waited 20 minutes only to get the wrong order.

Always get their roasted or fried chicken salad. Up until today it was good. But they are now making it with shredded taco lettuce not good.i won't go there again if this is the way it will be made from now on. It was so much better made the way they used to make it. Bad move Arbys

Tasteless food. Prices increased, Market and roast beef sandwiches have less than 1/3 of what they used to have at a big price increase. To all fast food restaurants: Leave the food at the same quality/quantity level and go up on price but not both!!!!!

Really surprised this place stays open. Usually the meat is thin that’s the way it was ……..ask for horsey sauce they give me 2 plus 2 other sauces I didn’t ask for ! Try to give it back right then snd she can’t take it. I say well next time maybe just give out 1 …. She says it’s ok …. I’m sure the owner of the store would not agree
And hey how about giving out 1 napkin with each order instead of none

Specifically asked that the French fries and the curly fries be hot and crispy and they gave them to me I assumed that they had done what I asked and by the time I started to pull out and leave I realized they were not

I couldn’t believe it but my sandwich was stone cold and my bread was burnt. It was quite a wait to get it and I understand that. Just not the quality. So sad but I will never be back.

Got a roast beef sandwich made of THREE SLABS OF A MEAT TYPE SUBSTANCE that looked like nothing in any arbys ad or any sandwich I’ve ever had at any arbys in the past. The crinkle fries were soggy, and the large order was less than 2/3 full w part being curly fries. AND they were running a limited menu. Now I know from past experience (2 yrs ago) this arbys sucks. Some things never change!

The food tasted good, however, there were two large fries in the order and both were about half full. No dips or sauces were included, just two straws and a few napkins.
