I ordered a one scoop hot fudge Sundae with extra fudge and no whipped topping, plus a single scoop vanilla waffle cone in the drive through. The waffle cone was fine, but I received a one scoop hot fudge sundae with nuts, a cherry, whipped cream and NO HOT FUDGE. My husband took the ice cream in and asked for hot fudge, but made the mistake of telling the young man that we had ordered it without whipped topping. He threw the cup away, gave me 1/2 a scoop of ice cream,, seriously, half a scoop, with a LITTLE hot fudge, nuts, and a cherry. All for $10.15. Kids need to learn, I understand that, but where is the adult supervision at this establishment. I'm not angry, but very disappointed in the service, prices, and outcome of this visit.

I would give a star based on food but ice cream is ice cream. However, service is another thing. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 shakes and a sundae. Shakes were more milk than ice cream. Looking in the window, we saw all the teenagers on one side of the counter having a conversation with a bunch on the other side and nobody was making anything. When all of the waiting spots were full, then they decided to get moving. Our 10 and 12 year old have a better work ethic than the teens in this town. Is it the parents raising entitled kids, or do they just not want to do anything. I'd they want to stand around and talk, they should let somebody else have their job and just stay home.

I ordered a simple medium shake in the drive thru from here and they brought be a small, I asked if what they brought me was a medium knowing that it wasn’t. They told me it was not and asked me if I wanted it remade, which of course I wanted what I ordered and paid for. I then received the now medium shake and I can tell that they watered it way down on the medium with milk instead of using the correct amount of ice cream. This was only one of issues that we had with just one order. The high school workers had no idea what they were doing.
