Taco Bell

Wouldn't give me a refund after giving me the wrong food then claimed they couldn't verify without receipt when they wouldn't give me one in the first place. I asked if I could get my correct food and they said they needed someone "higher up" when every other Taco Bell I've ever been to the just correct your order. The people in front of me also got the wrong order and when I first pulled up again to take it back she said that will be "$82" when I was just in line saying I got the wrong food for $13 order and got less food then what I ordered. Telling me I can come back Tuesday when the manager is there, on Friday at 10pm. Not to mention this was the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. All the doors were locked, when I tried to go in to correct the order, with three teenage boys inside eating while going in and out of the restaurant harassing people in their cars.

Poor treatment of staff. My brother used to work there and quit despite being their hardest worker because of the way he was treated. They're always out of something that takes effort to make. And whenever I make late night orders through Doordash, they'll accept the order and then cancel it 40-60 minutes later when my dasher is waiting at the store. This place needs to get their act together or something. Easily the worst Taco Bell in Johnson County.

The rudest group of taco bell employees I have seen. The food comes out cold somehow even after you have to wait on them to make it. They openly trash talk about the customers after they leave. The bathrooms were disgusting. Cmon tbell yall can do better. I love taco bell....but I hate this taco bell. Wont be returning!
