Hardee's

She forgot my drink cuz she was in a hurry to get back to her conversation. I ordered 3 large fries & was given 3 small fries that we’re only half full. I was given 2 ranches for a 3 chicken tender combo and a 10 chicken tender piece. Oh I ordered a 3 pc combo but was charged for a 5pc! Scared to get home & see what my burgers look like

I was rushing to get to work and there was a line but I stopped anyway. Caryne was working the window and she was so nice and super fast that I just had to leave a review! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her hard work! I was in/out of there in less than 5 min and there were 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled up to the sign to order. Thanks Caryne!

No one is in line. But I have to go to the other side of the damn building & park so they can take their sweet a$s time. They all behind the counter laughing & talking & I haven’t even been handed my drinks yet. But she wants me away from her window so I gotta go park. Took 30 min to get Luke warm food but still didn’t bring me my drinks. My drinks were carbonated water. All 3 of them.

So tonight after I got off work I swing thru the drive thru about 9 pm. The lady that took my order was extremely rude because I asked her a question about the burgers. I was never told my order until I got to the window . When I pulled to the window I heard them thru glass talking about the question I asked. When I finally received my order it was forced into my hand and received no thank you, no receipt so I could do the survey , and she walks away mumbling. I will not go back to this place. The crew was very unprofessional and rude. This was May 12 2022. Around 9 pm
