Dairy Queen

Based on other reviews & our experiences the last few weeks, this location appears to be closed for good. Never open during the posted hours & now have a couple vehicles pulled in backwards to block the drive-thru. This was always our least favorite location & having nothing posted to explain what's going on, as well as generic, seemingly bot replies to reviews, seems right on brand with this store.

Avoid this place if you actually want food. You can sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes because there is no real delineation of the drive-thru and “very nice people” keep cutting in. There is no way out of the drive-thru. Once you are in the que, there is no escape. Theoretically, you could exit to Main Street, but the “very nice people” are holding a MENSA convention there waiting for their chance to cut the line. When you do get to the order board, you are told the grill closed 4 minutes ago.

Ordered 2 slushies one Mango and the other strawberry kiwi. For $8.00 what a waste of money. The mango one tasted like sour pineapple no mango taste at all and my wife said the strawberry one was ok but not great. I would rather spend a dollar at Speedway and get one of their slushies than go back to this DQ.

Did not get the order...could not understand how I spent 35.00 on 5 chilli dogs and two blizzard...there was a glimmer of hope though..there was a lady...I do not know if she was a Manager..but she came in fix my sandwich made my Burger that they never put on the order...thx goodness for this lady..she is a blessing to the franchise

First and last time I’ll ever go to this location, leaving unsatisfied. I asked for sprinkles in a cup and the employee at the window for my cone, and he told me that they can’t give extra sprinkles even with me offering to pay because of the owner not allowing it. With me being a business owner as well, I understand people run their business the way they want, but as me being a customer, i am going to get exactly what I want when I spend my money or I will never patronize any place of establishment again who refuses to do so. I visit a different location on a regular basis and never have this problem if so I’ll just stick with that location.
