Pizza Hut

Giving this a one star because the quality of the pizza has tremendously went down over the last few years. Ordered a supreme pizza and we got a cheaply made pizza. No cheese on the pizza hardly or sauce and very little vegetables. You all might as well just close this place down or improve the quality. Very disappointed. Please see the picture below. Only cheese in the middle of the pizza and did not cover the entire pizza.

Doesn't even deserve a full star.It has been a very long time since we tried Pizza Hut so we figured we would give you another try. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Bought 2 large Pizzas 3 toppings on each pizza.Pizza#1 had 4 large slices of onion towards the middle grouped together, 6 slices of green pepper scattered, and 6 slices of pepperoni scattered with very little cheese to cover surface. Pizza#2 had 8 slices of Pepperoni scattered, 4 pieces of Banana Peppers towards the middle grouped together, and 7 pieces of sausage scattered and very little cheese to cover the pizza. We each reorganized our pizzas and I took 1 bite and threw it in the trash. Husband actually finished is slice but we threw the rest in the trash and had salads of dinner we made at home. Very disgusting to say the least! I will continue to get my Pizza from Papa Johns from now on or the Mom and Pop's family owned here in town they care about their customer, actually sad to say but Little Caesar's is even better. And your company expects me to tip before I even get my food. I tipped $6 and I definitely didn't get $6 dollar service actually the staff didn't even say" Hello" or "Thank you" when I picked it up from the restaurant. I was hoping for the best but it was worst than the last time . Never again will I give my hard earned money to our Franchise, I promise that!

Why didn't someone tell me! I ordered a large meat lovers. The register wouldn't take my order and the workers didn't know how to make it. So I changed my order. A large with cheese, pepperoni, ham, pork, beef, Italian sausage and bacon. Payed $21.79 and hurried home. Got home opened the box and saw a 12 inch pizza with some brown stuff that could be sausage. One tiny strip of what could be ham or maybe bacon. Each slice of pizza had one and a half pieces of pepperoni. I tried to call but could only get a call center. I tried to fill out the complaint form but it would not send.

It was great. We had large pizza with two salads. The salad was so refreshing on a hot day. SIMPLE and cheap. Our server wa fantastic also. The price for large pizza with 2 drinks and salad was awesome . The pizza was simply half pepperoni and half cheese. Able to sit inside. What I paid would have cost me alot more somewhere else. We usually do pick up. I think my grandchildren and the other grandmother will do this more often. Top workers today July 7

I am so disappointed in Pizza Hut tonight 5/12/2022. I had a remake on an 30 dollar order and order pan. And didn’t have pan. It was thin crush. I called and called. They finally picked up and said they ran out and can give me a 2 dollar credit for the pizza. Smh. Not good. I told them this is a remake. If I had knew they were out of pan bread I wouldn’t order. Wish the old crew was still there. Yes Pizza Hut has went down 🤔🙄😩

I waited 30 minutes longer than estimated time for delivery. Called 12 times and finally got thru with added time making the calls 50 minutes longer. Then was told "He'll be there any minute" , waited another 45 minutes and called again. And was told the same thing,"He'll be there any minute" . Waited another 20 minutes and he finally came. I had 3 hungry children, including my 1 year old grandson, who by this point, was screaming because he was hungry! Now we were enjoying a stay at one of our local hotels, otherwise I would've fed him! So we were stuck waiting on a cold pizza and cold cheese sticks. Then the 2 Liter was almost warm! I should've called back and raised sin but I had to take care of my grandson. Besides they were closed by the time this was over, and I called at 8 pm.

I waited an hour and a half for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes the food was cold and when I tried to call back I was hung up on 10 times right at the ring tone, they wouldn’t even say hello. So I drove to the location and asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me even though my order was also delivered incomplete. So I had to go get the food and bring it back! A woman in the lobby said she waited over 2 hours for her delivery and had to go get it because they wouldn’t bring it to her. And even with the food and the two trips and waiting over an hour and not even getting all the food - THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. Crazy.
