O'charley's

We hadn’t been to Greenwood Ocharleys in a longtime, now I know why. We were going to give them a try. I got Salmon and my husband got ribs and fries. The food was cold and no good at all. The service was not good either he was more interested in the people behind us which they complained about food cold which he took back and she got something else. Salad is more doesn’t come with meal. The worst part is we both got sick about a hour later I am sure it was food poisoning. Just awful

Ok, so I ordered to go to my hotel. After seeing so many positive reviews, I expected greatness! Sadly, it was barely mediocre. My broccoli was so overcooked that it crumbled upon picking it up with my fingers (since they didn't include any utensils). I sat in my hotel room and had to eat my ribeye like a savage with blood running down my chin because it was undercooked. The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was mostly inedible because the sauce was burnt to the sides of the container. Maybe this place is great to dine in at but I'd never recommend ordering take out.

We were wondering where the usual 6pm crowds were as we entered and we found our answer. The chicken tenders were overcooked and tough. As I was chewing I thought there was a bone in one of the tenders but no, it was what appeared to be a rorocky! My husband ordered catfish but received flounder. He didn't say anything but the waiter approached him and said the order wasn't correct. The waiter then said he would talk to the manager. He came back and said the manager is willing to take 20 or 30% off. Again, we never said a word. The bill was still $30. Definitely not a $30 meal.

The food was good but I ordered a take out with no drink. I got a 6 ounce sirloin with baked potato and salad. The steak comes with two sides but if you have a salad as one of your sides it's 1.98 extra so my 6 ounce sirloin was 17.25 and I think that is ridiculous. Don't think I'll be going back

I've been coming here since working in Greenwood and I've never had an issue BUT this time....I got a to go order and steak was WAY over cooked, the broccoli which is usually delicious was crunchy and had grey spots on it like it was old. I've never gotten sick after eating anything... except this time. It'll be awhile before I can bring myself to coming back here and hopefully that'll be enough time for them to get it back together.
