Lack of leadership. 90% of tables dirty with very light drive through and 2 people eating in dining room. My order was wrong, it happens, couldn’t get attention of staff to fix, it happens, no napkins, it happens, filthy restrooms, it happens…..

Umm, idk why it’s leaking like this, but the meat is literally COLD. Not to mention the half scoop of meat. Obviously, I’m not planning on eating it bc it’s too sus. Also on the other side of taco, it was soggy.

I've asked for extra cheese everytime I order from here with these tacos and it's like this everytime, I usually don't complain but the complete incompetence of this place is insane. $1.50 extra for absolutely nothing. Emerson taco bell is 100x better

Placed my order online as I always do, with hopes I would be enjoying tacos this evening. Only to get there and find a note on the speaker that said "we are temporarily closed... My card had already been charged and I had to go home tacoless to figure out how to get my money back. Seems to me they should reflect on their website when they are temporarily closed. Sure would have saved me alot of worry and unnecessary trouble. P.S still tacoless.

The woman that handed me my order didn’t say a word to me as she took my card and handed me the bag and drink. I said thank you and she gave me a reluctant “yep.” It made me feel as if I was a burden. A simply greeting and saying thank you might seem small but it sure makes a big difference. Hopefully this review makes a difference too.

Everytime I go to this Taco Bell I get the nachos and I just get meat and cheese on it. I always ask for extra meat and cheese and it always comes out as this. How hard is it to put more meat and cheese when I’m paying more for the extra. This is getting ridiculous.

Rude and hateful to us, but really nice to the people behind us. We never even said anything, the shift manager just turned to us when we came in the door and said she didn't have any one that could take our order. However, took everyone order that came in after us.

I was in the drive-thru line for over 40 minutes. I could not leave and go somewhere else because there was so many cars in front and in back of me. When I finally received my order it was cold and missing items. I won't be returning to this particular Taco Bell.
