I was so excited to see q Baskin Robin's Ice Cream! I have not been to one in years because they have closed all the locations near me. I felt 10 years old again. The flavor of my favorite ice cream tasted just like I remember. The store was clean and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. The 👕 t-shirts are super fun, I think it would be a great idea for a summer birthday surprise, when you deliver the special ice cream cake cake 🎂, or any day fun shirt. I know that I was happy to see they still give you a sample bite with the little pink spoon, not to mention the pink spoon🥄 door handle you grab to walk in the store. What a treasure this store is, be sure to drop in and enjoy your favorite flavor. Great way to make fun memories with your children or grandchildren. 🍦 🍨 🍦 🍨 🧋🥤 🎂 🥮

Lots of amazing flavors to try but just not enough time to indulge my sweet teeth into. Then multiple options of cones and toppings to choose from. My family got great friendly service in a very casual atmosphere. I enjoyed the Breakfast In Bed ice cream which was sweet pancake and syrup ice cream with a blueberry compote swirl. The blueberry compote had enough tart to cut through the sweet ice cream. I loved this ice cream so much I had a double scoop in a freshly made waffle cone. Extremely delicious.

Well for the first time I give a place one star and I would like to give zero stars. Nothing to do with the ice cream. I like the Baskin Robbins product. But, tonight I went in to get an ice cream cone. When I walked in there were 10 people in line. There were 3 or 4 counter workers. I stood there for 10 minutes watching the counter workers do everything BUT help a customer. Seriously, not a single customer was served in the entire time I was there. I go to get ice cream enough to know that a well run shop can serve a lot more than 10 people in ten minutes. When I asked one of the counter workers if they were going to help any of their customers she got offended and didn't even try to answer. So ice cream is great but service was lousy. There is plenty of ice cream competition in Greenwood. Skip this place and go somewhere that wants to help you out. This is not my first bad experience with Baskin Robbins service.

Closing time online is listed for 10 pm on Facebook. We checked online first and it said 9 pm. We arrived at 8:45. We were met outside by an employee who said she’s the manager and that they are not serving customers anymore. In 1 sentence she said she had 2 people working but than in another she said 4. She turned away a lot of customers, 10 or more and turned away a door dasher. She said they didn’t even make the door dash order. If you close at 9 you should serve until 9. You lost money and customers.

Since this Baskin-Robbins has been taken over by new management or owners it is horrible. It is filthy and nasty with dust all over the air vents. Now to put the icing on the cake they're not going to serve chocolate almond ice cream anymore. I will never be back to this place and have been going there for at least 20 years.
