Panda Express

We walked in at 8:48pm. They close at 9:30pm. The gentleman in front of me was denied his two requests (one was white rice) because the “kitchen closed”. I was told both the things I ordered were unavailable as well, one being fried rice. I asked them to make it and they said the kitchen is closed. I looked at the guy who was standing right by the woks and asked if he could make us food. There is a sign at the counter that says, “You ask. We Wok”. (That’s only True if it’s 45 minutes or before closing time). She and the other got an attitude and asked the chef to make us fried rice and walnut shrimp. His reply was, “SHIT!” We watched six customers walk out in a matter of five minutes because they were told the kitchen won’t make their food. Just standing here waiting, four more people have been denied food. Why? They’re turning away MONEY! Not just now but for the future. I sure as heck won’t be coming back. It makes absolutely no sense; they should just lock the doors at 8:45pm. I understand not making a full serving at 9pm but why not make a smaller small in order to appease the lobby full of people?

Been to this location 10 or more times and we always leave disappointed. I don't think I have ever been able to get what we want, we always have to choose from what's left. All of the normal stuff is always empty and you have to choose from what everyone else has skipped. Tonight I spent $70 in store and I still had to make a dinner when I got home because what they gave us was nowhere near enough. Portions are very small and the price is insanely high.

Very disappointed tonight. I ordered through grub hub and everything seemed to be fine. One large and one medium fried rice, two things of orange chicken with a side of brown rice. My driver called to say they were out of brown rice, fine we got fried instead. When it came and we opened everything, none of the fried rice had any vegetables in it, just eggs. Three orders of rice and no vegetables at all. That's literally the point of fried rice. I was able to get a full refund from grub hub but I would not recommend this location if your looking for the food to be as described.
