Luca Pizza

2 stars (although I didn't eat the food). I refuse to pay their prices for microwaved food. I can microwave food at home. RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE they just toss it in the microwave (no real line either?!). So casually do they just nuke it with the EMPTY hot oven right there. And then when I tell the dude I'm going somewhere else because I don't want his microwave food, he gives me a look like I'm the crazy one.

My friend got the pepperoni breadsticks. And there was mold on it. I went up to talk to the manager (mike) to tell him that the breadsticks were moldy. And he said it’s just oil. Then proceeds to touch all the breadsticks with his bare hands. He was rude and unwilling to meet me half way and acknowledge that this was a problem. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just wanted him to acknowledge that he needed to change out his bread. I think this is disgusting and needs to be brought up with the board of health. Not worth it. A lot of friends get sick after eating here. But this takes the cake.

I must say I was amazed when I found dust on the crust of my pizza. It was only after I ate the part with the toppings on the pizza that I found the dust. And before some of you say it was flour it was indeed dust. It was the hairy kind of dust. I was just sick after I found it. The pizza tasted old. It was just a bad experience overall. I shall not ever go back. Disappointing all around. Disgusted.
