Texas Roadhouse

The service was phenomenal. This was the first ti.e my girlfriend and I went to a restaurant since this whole Covid thing happened. We usually do Movies on Saturdays but nothing was playing that we wanted to see and we both wanted some steak. It was a little bit of a wait but they got us in earlier than expected and the food was just so good! The steak was made perfect and the mashed potatoes were really good as well. We both also ordered some drinks and I got an extra hit in mine but you couldn't taste it. I definitely will go back here again in the near future. It was worth every penny

It seems like customer service has gone down hill since Covid. We ordered an appetizer and chicken critter salad . Drink and appetizer came but then we sat for for over 40 minutes for a refill and our salad hadn’t even came yet . As a server , I would have grabbed a manager to help make my customers dining experience better . After being there for an hour without receiving our meal , we asked to have it bagged up and left .

We ordered food to go for dinner for our family of 6. My husband and I both got the double chop meal. Our pork chops weren't done, they were so rare that we couldn't stomach to eat them. I can't believe we paid so much for a meal we couldn't even eat, it was disgusting. I'm shocked to get food in this manner from a place that we have always enjoyed.
