I placed a delivery order online, which was a very easy process. I made the mistake of not changing the address from the last time I placed and order. The driver, Jeremy, had called for further details on which building he needed to deliver to. It was then I realized I messed up and sent him to the wrong address. He was absolutely so kind and understanding, even though I would have been annoyed if I was in his shoes. Jeremey was excellent and kept reassuring me that it was no problem. Great work!

I ordered a large meatlovers pizza to be delivered. I paid for the pizza and tipped the driver. I noticed the box was bent so I opened the box and the pizza looked as if it had been dropped, so I caught up with the driver before he left my workplace and he apologized and said he would call and have them to make another one (I also called the location and was told they would remake it for me). Well, when the "fresh" pizza came, it wasn't hot, which means it wasn't fresh and guess what, it was scattered all over the box. I called and told whoever answered the phone and wasn't offered my money back ($24.18).It was definitely a lesson learned and I will NEVER patronize the Pizza Hut in Greenville, Alabama ever again!!

LONG WAIT, inefficiency epitomized. I’m traveling from out of town. Placed the order online and received confirmation it would be ready in 10 or 20 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later and the doors to the restaurant are closed. They only offer a window pick up delivery. There was a huge line in front of me and I waited almost 10 minutes before even started moving. Horribly inefficient, and should take note from some of the fast food restaurants and have people pull off to the side if their order is not ready. If you don’t feel like waiting for your pizza, don’t come here. I called as I was waiting in line, and When they answered the phone put me immediately on hold. Didn’t even say hello or please hold. Pizza Hut corporate… I love your food. But the operators of this Franchise need help desperately on efficient management.

Placed and paid for order online for pick up at a specified time. ordered the dinner box deal. The wings were ice cold. The bread sticks were burned. One pizza was correct. One pizza was wrong all together. When arriving, we waited in line and that I can totally understand. However when it was my turn to pull up to the window we were told it was just coming out. We waited at the window an additional 20 minutes to be handed our order.

We ordered our pizza with a 2lt Pepsi. The driver delivered the pizza but we had to chase him down to get the soda. Then he tells us that he will bring it back after his next delivery. I don't understand why he couldn't just give it to us once we caught him. So here we sit, waiting while our pizza gets cold!

If Ashley or Kay are not working, then I don't order. They are the only ones that seem to care about their jobs and the customers. Ashley & Kay are great at what they do.
