I placed a delivery order online, which was a very easy process. I made the mistake of not changing the address from the last time I placed and order. The driver, Jeremy, had called for further details on which building he needed to deliver to. It was then I realized I messed up and sent him to the wrong address. He was absolutely so kind and understanding, even though I would have been annoyed if I was in his shoes. Jeremey was excellent and kept reassuring me that it was no problem. Great work!
If Ashley or Kay are not working, then I don't order. They are the only ones that seem to care about their jobs and the customers. Ashley & Kay are great at what they do.
