I went to the Merchant House for the first time for our wedding anniversary. Let me just say, if you are wanting fabulous steaks and live in Western Ohio, you won't be disappointed. Our meals were outstanding, good atmosphere, and the service was great too! Our waiter gave us a complimentary dessert
Wow! Just wow. We were in town for a quick business trip and this place was recommended by our hotel's front desk attendant. So glad we've asked. The atmosphere, the food and service were superb. Drink list was extensive and everything we tried was wonderful and tasty. I will honestly schedule more
We went with our toddler who devoured every bite of anything we gave her. This just doesn't happen. The Scotch Eggs are fantastic, probably the best I've ever had. The pretzel is some kind of German style that was crazy delicious. I had the chicken and waffles. This comfort food meal was by far
Food and beverages are great there! I would kindly like to suggest giving people the price option for the tacos with pork only, shrimp only or both. Fantastic dish when you have them separately or combine.
I have never been into this downtown establishment until today. I foolishly held tight that as a Darke County man this place was not up my lane.
