Your food is so good but you got the order wrong - no guacamole. It's on the receipt. Not happy. Also, I've ordered online several times and it has never been ready on time yet. It looked like a new employee and that's fine - everybody is new at one time. A manager should always check every order for accuracy. We are not happy because now we would have to drive 6 miles back to try and make it right.

We placed an order online and arrived 5 minutes after it was quoted as being ready to find it was still in work. The order was large as we ordered 5 burrito bowls and 4 kids meals and they did make it 100% correctly. Overall the food is very good, the staff are friendly and the order was correct. The loss of a star was because this is the third time we have arrived 5-10 minutes after our order was quoted as being ready to find we have had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for our order to be completed while they made the in store customers food ahead of ours. In the grand scheme it isn't a massive inconvenience but other chains have figured out a way to address in-store and online orders without missing their quoted times and I think Chipotle could do the same.

Very well organised and convenient restaurant. They provide big meals and for affordable rates. We enjoyed the menu a lot and the staff were very affable and chatty. Recommended.

Super delicious, we ordered the burrito is was "huge" we cut it in half and shared along with chips and queso blanco which was bomb and a must try. We sat outside and it was a great time. Staff was courteous.

Not sure if there is new management but two trips in a row ended in disappointment. I ordered via the app for pickup. I showed up a couple of minutes after the time on the app and watched them fill the order of everyone at the restaurant before making mine. They do not seem equipped to handled online and in store orders at the same time.
The next trip, again ordering online, and they got the order wrong.
This place went downhill fast. Hopefully they get new leadership soon.
