Mcdonald's

So this happened today, I use to work in the food industry and trust me we had to check before we opened and after we opened all of the food… this is not acceptable.. if I didn’t checked it out I would’ve ate that got sick from it. Some customer can’t see and would think nothing is on there … please check the buns and expiration dates before giving it to paying customers!!

Most dysfunctional McDonald's I've every dealt with. Waited thirty five minutes and never received my food in drive-thru. Went in to get a refund and had to wait on even longer while manger was out front of the handy mart smoking his cigarette. I really kept my cool until he kept telling me they were getting me hot fries, going on 40 minutes now. When I went to get my receipt from my truck he made a statement out loud he needed to pray. This is an ongoing problem with this location and everyone needs to write reviews so the owners will know how their business is being managed.

Went to this location 2 days ago. Drive- through was long so I decided to go inside. Walked in and went straight to the counter to order. Waited at the counter for 6 straight minutes without being acknowledged by any staff. They looked at me and continued to work the drive-through, not even the manager acknowledged that I was waiting to order. No one said a word to me. At the 7th minute of waiting to order, I simply had to leave and find another location. I’ve worked fast food, and I know how busy the drive-through can get. I also know how easy it is to acknowledge a customer and let them know that you will be with them as soon as you can. 0/10 customer service.

Drove up to second drive thru waited, 3 cars went in the first line. I finally said Hello a voice said hold on. Finally came back asked for my order i gave my order bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and a large Diet Dr Pepper she came back on and said so thats an egg mcmuffin I said no are you listening she said yes but she was also taking money from customers at the counter. I decided then I would just cancel my order and I backed out of drive thru. I will never go back there again . No customer service.

My guess is... I was lucky to have gotten a good order. I got the large combo meal: crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich with large fries and I must say - I enjoyed it! They stacked a little too much pickles on the sandwich but I can't complain though, because usually, I'd have to argue about putting some pickles on my sandwich. But this McDonald's on this side of the town did pretty well. At least everything on the sandwich was fresh including the fries...even though it could've been crispier and hotter. I feel like they just grabbed the fried that we're already cooked and chose to reheat but it's all 👍 Next time I know I'll have to go inside to really get my meal as I want it!!!
