Taco Bell

Unbelievably slow inside service....we come here on our work break often, there are only 2 other customers in the dinning room, and it always takes 10-15 min to get food. Today in particular I have been waiting 20 MINUTES FOR 2 BURRITOS......it's called FAST food for a reason people. Where is the management?? This location is a joke....

Well, my first question is: Who's minding the store? As far as the food goes.. it is pretty much up to speed with what you expect from Taco Bell... but it all ends there. This is without a doubt the slowest "fast" food restaurant I have ever encountered. Did not initially write a review in the chance that the first visit was an off day. The staff is friendly enough, and the ONE guy running both the register and preparing my food was professional. But good gracious. Never have I ever had to wait 17-20 minutes (depending on which visit) to get a ( as in one) spicy potato taco. Then there is the cleanliness... or rather the absolute lack thereof. In short, the place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I am truly surprised that Taco Bell continues to allow the owner of this one to be a part of the franchise.

The service at this Taco Bell is hit or miss. The other day I ordered a nacho supreme, soft taco, and cinnamon twists and my order was correct. My nachos even looked like the picture on the menu. I was completely satisfied with my food and my experience which made me want to come back. Tonight I ordered the same exact thing but my experience was completely different. The drive thru girl asked if my order was correct on the screen and I told her no because it was missing my cinnamon twists and she huffs and tells me to pull around. Take a guess at what was missing when I got home. My soft taco was ice cold like it was taken out the refrigerator. My nachos were also cold and not put together in a appealing way at all. The parking lot was completely empty and there weren’t any cars in line so I guess the employees were being lazy. I literally live 5 minutes away so there isn’t a reason why my food would be cold. Needless to say; I will not be back.

The young lady taking our order hardly paid attention to what we wanted to order. I had asked for no lettuce or tomatoes and my husband requested no tomatoes for his order. When I went up to the counter to have my crunch wrap fixed, one of the cooks was getting really loud about my order, which was unnecessary. Then the young lady had asked him about another guest order and was loud about it as well. So needless to say that we will most likely not go back to this Taco Bell due to the rudeness of our order being taken and the loud rudeness of one of the cooks.

I am appalled by my experience today at this store. II ordered one of the new Steakhouse Burritos. I asked the cashier what was in it and expected to receive it as described. The first, and main, issue was the fact that it took 26 minutes to get my food! After ordering there were about 15 people waiting for their orders, and after speaking with some, 20-25 minutes was the average time people had to wait. Some of the staff, making the food, had no care of how long things were taking and were in no way motivated to work more efficiently. Next, this was an obvious issue, but staff was still taking their breaks (checking cell phone & leaving for a smoke) during the extensive wait for the customers. Finally, after waiting this long, my order was not right. The burritto was supposed to include bacon and potatoes. There was NO bacon and very FEW potatoes. This store has a reputation for being slow, but this is unacceptable! I will never return to this store!

The line moved very slowly. My order was correct but that is my usual experience at Taco Bell. I really love the double decker Tacos but I was told they were now discontinued. What I had to order was not as good. It is not necessarily the fault of this location, it was something I had never eaten before. The company made the decision to discontinue my favorite item. I may return but Taco Bell but it will no longer be a place I look for.

Took them a good 10 minutes to get to the register to take my order and when they did the lady stared at me and say “can I get you something?” In a rude, irritated voice. Then when they called our number they gave my husbands food to him but forgot mine and when I finally gave me my food it had slushy juice all over my tacos. I will never return to this facility again. The best thing that could happen is if this Taco Bell chain got shut down.
