Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is my last time coming to this Dairy Queen. They close early all of the time and today they got my order wrong. No biggie I thought I will just go and exchange it. Somehow that turns into the employees being super aggressive as if they were going to resort to violence by flenching at me. The one employee had a black eye and said she just recently got in a fight and looked at me as if it were a warning. Just honestly the worst experience all because they got my order wrong and blamed me for it. They accused me of not wanting to pay for the extra sauce. I drive a Mercedes a dollar of sauce is not much and if you have to explain that much and worry about a physical altercation it’s really not worth it. I drive here because there isn’t a Dairy Queen downtown. Never again I’ll find another place to get my ice cream or another location.

Went and ordered a number one bacon is raw,ordered a triple with no onion has onion and was only a double and ordered a four piece chicken strip basket ask for gravy but didn't have none still wanted the toast didn't get the toast and the chicken strips were so small they was only a couple of bites and called 22 times and none answers it's just ridiculous wish I could get what I pay for but I guess that's never gonna get that so dissatisfied

In the drive thru, ordered 3 times and the person taking the order only said "yes" and "anything else". Get to the window to pay and get the food, they didn't get my order correct at all. And the food they did try to serve was very poor quality. When asked for a manager all she said was "yeah they didn't get you for "___" and was very rude as well. She did give a refund, but the customer service and quality of food is extremely disappointing and poor. Will not be coming back.
