China King

Ordered a hibachi chicken and shrimp plate and the shrimp still had their tails on. Took a nice big bite excited to try and had a mouth full of tail. I went through the entire plate and pulled all the shrimp out and every, single, shrimp had the shell on the tail. Threw the plate away. Had no appetite after chewing my first tail. Never again "China King".

I ordered the shrimp lo mein two shrimp rolls and fried chicken wings with fries. My lo mein was okay the fries was okay the chicken wings was very small and black on the inside and the shrimp rolls I couldn't even eat they was very salty... I like to post this update from a year ago when I first tried China King. This time I tried the spare ribs house special fried rice buffalo bites and egg roll. I have to say the food was still warm and it was actually good, all of it. I will consider ordering from here again. Giving you guys a 5 this time.

Tried this food for the first time this past Saturday and I loved it! The chicken wings are small but overall the food is fresh and seasoned very well. Good customer service too. As of now you can't go in due to covid but you they give you your food through their window. I would definitely recommend!

Edit: Updated from 2 stars to 5 stars. Check out my reasoning why. I wanted to update this because I actually had a very exceptional experience with China King today. The other day they had gotten my order messed up and delivered me someone elses cold, strange food. I never called. They hit me up later that night and apologized and put a credit on my account for my entire purchase. I had a craving this afternoon and decided to give them another chance and it was a fantastic idea. They credited my account and delivered my order and didn't charge me a dime, and the food was far and away better than I had expected, and actually rated up on one of the top meals I have had in Greenville. They hand wrote me a note and attached it to my meal, again apologizing for my previous experience. It was super classy and I appreciate it very much. I'm actually sad that it was as delicious as it was, because I ate it all before I could take a picture but it was such a dramatic improvement that I can't even believe it was the same place. I'll say this to the owner or the chef who responded and took care of me: If every meal that walked out of your doors was as delicious as the one you served me today, you would easily be one of the best places in Greenville. Thanks very much. As soon as I stop feeling like I am going to explode from all of the food I ate, I will be back for more.
