We enjoyed our meal tonight. McAlister's has always a favorite of me and my sons. We had some of their really good brownies and cookies for dessert as well.

First time eating here with a co-worker and didn't know what to expect. I saw the menu and know I couldn't go wrong with a Reuben. We got our food within 15 minutes during lunch hour rush and one of the staff made sure we were good throughout our meal. The reuben was amazing, definitley one of the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be back!

Food is usually good but curbside pickup is a joke. Placed an order for curbside pickup. Called when I arrived and waited for 15 mins while I watched an employee (who was definitely in no hurry) come out with 2 other orders and hand them off. Finally went in just to find all the employees taking their sweet time and my food sitting on the counter. Thanks for the cold lunch guys! Also...I've never had a sandwich this slack from there. If I just wanted bread I would have ordered a bread bowl.

The food is great, but I must say, I was SO disappointed not to be able to order a BLT. They have all the ingredients listed for other sandwiches but took the BLT off the menu. It was my favorite sandwich! Hoping they will put it back on the menu!!! Thank you! Eleanor Matthews

The food is always great and the staff are extremely friendly and work hard to get everything just right. It's a very popular choice and I've never seen the place when it isn't busy.

Ordered a salad and was given a spork to eat it with. When I asked for a fork at the counter the girl literally laughed when I told her how hard it was to eat my salad with a spork, laughed and said "Yeah, I know!". Apparently they were out of forks, but no understanding towards my inconvenience!

Honestly, if I could go lower that 1 star I would. The tables were dirty and you could tell they hadn't even attempted to clean them off. We waited for over 30 minutes for our dine in food. Only got it when my spouse went up front to get it. We were eating in but it had been put in To Go bags. Not happy with the cleanliness or service at all.
