Have eaten there many times. Food and service has gotten worse. On January 18th order online and the wait began. After about 30 minutes I was given the bag. We ate inside so the food should have been hot or at least warm, it wasn't. The food looked as if had been prepared for quite awhile. This will be the last time we eat there.

My daughter enjoyed her food. She had the mac and cheese kids' meal. I didn't care for my meal. It's not my type of pasta but it may be yours. Good Luck!

Manager "Wayne" will not give you a refund for their mistakes yet instead will offer you a "free meal" that you'll never receive because he'll just continuously hang up on you over & over & the chick at the window with the blonde cut is rude as well. This place has definitely gone way down, food & staff included.

Customer service was good. The restaurant was clean. It did take a while, but that's bc the food is made to order. Food was ehhh. It won't nasty, but it wasn't what we thought it was. The more we ate, the better it was. We ordered extra sauce, which made it better

Now I try not to give a lot of one star reviews on google. But they deserve it. First of all, the atmosphere is great and the sides on the noodles were great such as chicken, carrots, and broccoli. But the noodles were atrocious. They tasted like they were raw and and an absolute pain to eat. I don’t know why the noodles were spicy even though I tasted my mothers “spicy” noodles and they were significantly less spicy then mine. I have a lot of Asian cuisine so I believe I have a good perception on what Chinese food should taste like and what the texture should feel like. But this was hands down, the worst Asian cuisine I have ever eaten. Plus the portion size is small also for the price. I would recommend Panda Express to get a better bang for your buck and overall better food. 1/5.

Took probably 15 minutes to get food. We were there at 2:17 pm so not exactly the lynch rush. The noodles were burnt and dry. When I asked for more sauce I was told it will be a $1 but she can give me soy sauce, that's its the same. The location had ice all over the floor and fine of the soda machines was busted. That table had signs saying they were sanitized when clearly they were not. The garbage was overflowing. I don't think I'll be back.

January 11, 2022. 7:00 pm- Had to go through drive-thru. Waited 15 minutes in a line for food that I had ordered 20 minutes prior. Finally got my order and noticed there was no fork included. Waited another 10 minutes in line and told the woman a fork wasn’t in my bag. She proceeded to roll her eyes at my request and stormed off to get a fork as if I was the bane of her existence. All of the staff was unfriendly this visit and I would not recommend the Evans street location.

Not good. Showed up to get our order at the time we were told over the phone to be there and they said they had actually stopped taking orders at 7:50. Meanwhile we had placed the order at 7:45 and had already paid. Showed them proof and they said the kitchen was now closed so couldn’t do anything about it. They also couldn’t give us a refund and said we would have to come back the next day to talk to a manager since they didn’t have the ability to give refunds. Multiple cars in the drive-through with pre-paid orders getting turned away that they also wouldn’t give refunds to.
